Ask the community
Join the official Synix Discord for community discussion and support. You can also use Settings → Report a Problem inside Synix. This website does not submit a support request on your behalf.
Include these details
- Synix version and Windows version.
- Game name and server version.
- What you were trying to do and what happened.
- The exact error message and relevant diagnostic lines.
- Whether the problem affects a new installation or an existing server.
Remove passwords, tokens, webhook URLs and other private information before sharing a report. The dashboard's Activity & Diagnostics and the server history can help identify the relevant events.
Download and update
Use the download page for the Windows installer and standalone application. The site checks the official release feed automatically. Files are delivered directly from the official Synix release storage.
Choose the installer for an installed copy and the standalone download for a portable copy. Keep your game-server folders and backups when updating the app. See the installation guide for update, repair and uninstall options.
